What we collect

Your name, email, business details you enter (name, contacts, logo, signature), and the documents you create. We also record basic page-visit statistics (page, time, device type) to improve the product.

How we use it

Only to run Cheapa Docs for you: generating your documents, keeping your account secure, and providing support. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Your documents

Documents belong to you. A document is only visible to others when you share its link. You can delete any document — deletion is permanent.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed (never in plain text). Access to your account requires your password; access to your data by our team is limited to support situations.

Your choices

You can edit your business details anytime in Settings, remove your logo or signature, and request account deletion by contacting us.
